Appointment Policy

We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Being more than 10 minutes late may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

To respect our providers and other patients, Gem Beauty Clinic enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy:

Appointments up to 30 minutes – $50
Appointments 30–59 minutes – $100
Appointments 60 minutes or longer – $150
After three late cancellations or no-shows, prepayment will be required for all future appointments. Prepaid services are non-refundable if the policy is violated. Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance will be credited to future services.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy.

Refund Policy

Services: No refunds for services rendered. Results vary, and additional treatments may be required.
Retail Products: All sales are final. Exchanges permitted within 14 days only for defective products.

Gift Certificates: Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Special Events & Promotions: All discounted services/products are final sale.
 

Children Policy

Children are not permitted in treatment rooms. Please arrange childcare before your appointment to ensure safety and a tranquil environment.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.
